If you have a problem or requirement that we can't fix within the first 30 days of your subscription then we will give you a full refund. Simple as that.

Our philosophy is to give you the quality of service that we would want ourselves, so we make sure that our servers are there when needed and that email is answered promptly. The level of service we want to provide you is one where you know that you have nothing to worry about. We are confident that you will like our service and that if you find something within your first 30 days that isn't right and we can't fix it then we will give you a full refund. Please note that this promise does not cover the following situations/services:

» You find out that you do not really need and/or use the service
» The services doesn't meet your requirements due to stated limitations
» We believe you are trying to commit fraud
» Dedicated servers, setup fees or license fees for DirectAdmin or cPanel

For cases wherein you are finding it too hard to manage your VPS, we wil refund up to 50% of your payment within the first 30 days only.
